Three night minimum stay required during July and August. Book for a week or more and receive a 6% discount.
Rates listed are for four people; an additional $15/person/nt applies up to nine guests total.
We charge a non-refundable $25 waste removal fee (we pay for all garbage disposed at the dump and greatly encourage recycling.) There is also a 9.7% San Juan Co. tax on lodging.
A separate $100 refundable security deposit check is required and will be returned if the house is left in good order. Your stay covers the cost of cleaning between guests, which averages four hours. Should required cleaning go beyond the usual, the security deposit will be used as needed to cover those extra expenses.
A deposit of half the total and the security deposit are due within a week of making your reservation. The balance is due the week of your stay. We do not currently accept credit cards.

We offer a full refund of your deposit if notified more than 30 days before your stay. Within 30 days of your stay, we can only offer a full refund if we are able to rebook those dates with other guests. A cancellation at that point would result in a forfeit of half your deposit.
